Description
Over the centuries the fertile land and auspicious weather has attracted human activity on Alicante, the fruits of the land and sea have been cherished by locals and foreigners, the trade with other nations and the mixture resulted of the coexistence of cultures give us a rich and variated gastronomy.
With just products of the land recognized by its quality and uniqueness as the “Marcona” almond or the “Vinalopo” Grapes or with elaborated products as the rices, calderos and cocas, alicantinean gastronomy can be used as a pathway to discover its history, going from one culture to another between bites or sips.
