Why book with Alicantours?

Alicantours is a local experiences company focused on providing high quality products to our customers, tailoring them to their needs or adapting them to the demands of the market. We treat our tours as what they are, real experiences that shall create remarkable memories on our customers.

With just products of the land recognized by its quality and uniqueness as the “Marcona” almond or the “Vinalopo” Grapes or with elaborated products as the rices, calderos and cocas, alicantinean gastronomy can be used as a pathway to discover its history, going from one culture to another between bites or sips.

Are the tours suited for all the family?
  • Normally yes, if there is any tour that is not advised for all publics, we specify it. However, we aim to provide experiences for the whole family to enjoy regardless of their age.
What languages do your guides speak?

Our guides speak English and Spanish. We might be able to offer tours in other languages upon request. (French, German, Italian, and Russian) 

What makes Alicantours different from the other companies?

The members of Alicantours are born and raised in Alicante. Being a local gives us a different perspective of the region with a deep knowledge and passion for sharing the best and most authentic of our land with our customers.

How many people can join a tour?

We are limited by law to groups of 30 people, on the weekly tours. Our tailor tours are designed for a limited number of customers; usually no more than 8, in order to provide a personalized and intimate experience.

Are the tours adapted for people with mobility issues?

Tours that are suitable for people with mobility issues will be branded as such on our website, although there are locations that do not make it possible to make an adapted tour due to the spaces we visit on it. However, we do our best to accommodate all of our customers, so please let us know in advance if you have any queries about the mobility on any specific tour or experience.

What if I have specific dietary restrictions?

Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies for the tours that involve food and drinks on their description, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

What should I wear on the tours?

We always recommend to wear comfortable shoes and clothing, a hat or cap and a small bottle of water. Depending on the tour, the season and expected weather we will advise the most suitable clothing for the experience on the activity description.

What is included on the tours?

Depending on the tour or experience the included products and services will be explained on the description of the tour. We provide for tailor tours and experiences adapted to your need, if you have any special request, please let us know. Please note that any modifications or accommodations may be subject to availability and may require additional fees.

Can I customize my own tour?

Absolutely! We offer personalized tours that can be tailored to your interests and preferences. Simply let us know what you’d like to see and do, and we’ll create a customized itinerary just for you.

What payment methods does Alicantours accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods to make it as convenient as possible for our customers. You can pay for your tour using Bizum, Paypal, bank transfer, or cash. We’ll provide you with payment instructions when you make your reservation, and we’re happy to answer any questions you may have about payment.
